1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the complete and binding agreement between you ("the Player" or "you") and wi786 ("the Platform", "we", "us") governing all use of the wi786 website, mobile application, and all associated gaming and betting services. They apply from the moment you complete registration and continue for as long as your account remains active.

By accessing the wi786 platform, placing any bet, wagering on any casino or live casino game, or using any feature of the platform, you confirm unconditionally that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. 2 Eligibility & Registration

• You must be registering as an individual in your own name and on your own behalf. Corporate or third-party registrations are not permitted.

• You must not already hold an existing wi786 account. Each player is permitted one account only. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances may be forfeited.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion that would restrict your access to gaming platforms.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your personal situation.

3 Account Rules

Your wi786 account is personal to you. You are responsible for all activity that takes place through your account, whether or not you authorised that activity. You must keep your login credentials, including your password, secure and confidential at all times.

• Do not share your password with anyone or allow any other person to access your account.
• If you suspect that someone has gained unauthorised access to your account, contact wi786 support immediately.
• Each player may hold only one account. If you accidentally create more than one account, you must notify us and the duplicate will be closed.
• Account balances are held in PKR. wi786 does not hold funds in any other currency for Pakistani player accounts.
• Account details must remain accurate and up to date. If your contact information changes, update it through the account settings section.
• Accounts that have had no login activity for an extended period may be classified as dormant. Dormant account policies, including any applicable maintenance fees after a prolonged inactive period, will be communicated through the platform.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on wi786 are processed in PKR. The platform supports deposits and withdrawals through JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets. Available payment methods may change over time and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.

Deposits:

• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to someone other than the account holder — are not permitted.
• Deposit processing times vary by payment method. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically clear quickly. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the processing bank.
• wi786 does not charge deposit fees on standard payment methods, though your payment provider may apply their own charges independently.
• A minimum deposit amount applies per transaction. The current minimum is displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in your own name and, where possible, to the same method used for your most recent deposit.
• Before a withdrawal is processed, wi786 may request identity verification documents. This is standard practice and not an indication that there is a problem with your account.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within the timeframes stated in the cashier section. Timings may vary during peak periods or when verification is required.
• Funds subject to active wagering requirements from bonus offers cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are met in full.
• wi786 reserves the right to apply fraud or security checks to any withdrawal request. This may delay processing in some cases.

5 Sports Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity on wi786. Specific sport rules, event rules, and market rules are detailed within the sportsbook itself and apply in addition to these general terms.

• All bets placed on wi786 are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the player after confirmation, except where a Cash Out option is exercised within the permitted window.
• Odds are displayed in decimal format. The displayed odds represent the total return per unit staked, including the stake itself.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation before the minimum play time required for settlement has been reached, bets will typically be voided and stakes returned. Specific void rules depend on the sport and market type.
• Live in-play bets are accepted at the platform's discretion. wi786 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time, including during key moments of a match.
• Accumulator bets require all selections to win. If any leg is voided, that leg is removed and the accumulator is recalculated at reduced odds accordingly.
• Maximum stake and maximum payout limits apply per bet and per event. These are displayed in the bet slip before confirmation and may vary by sport, market, and event.
• wi786 reserves the right to limit, restrict, or refuse any bet at its own discretion, including but not limited to bets that appear to be placed in error, bets placed with knowledge of non-public information, or bets that indicate irregular patterns of activity.
• Cricket markets — including PSL, T20 internationals, ODI, and Test matches — are governed by specific cricket betting rules available within the sportsbook. Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method results are accepted for shortened matches.

6 Casino & Game Rules

Casino, Live Casino, and Game Lobby products on wi786 are operated using software and live dealer studios provided by third-party game suppliers. The rules of each individual game are governed by the specific game rules displayed within that game, as well as these general Terms.

• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for virtual games, and by physical game equipment operated by live dealers for live casino titles. Neither the platform nor the player can influence or predict outcomes.
• Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical averages calculated over a very large number of game rounds. Individual session results can and do vary significantly from the theoretical RTP.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino round, the result of that round will be determined on the server side. On reconnection, your account will reflect the settled result. If a round is voided due to a technical fault on the platform side, your stake will be returned.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through the use of software, bots, exploits, or any other technical means is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game before play begins. These limits may vary between standard and VIP table variants.
• Game malfunctions void all related bets and pays. In the event of a display error or software fault, the result recorded on the server is the definitive result.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

wi786 offers bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each offer is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which are published at the time the offer is made. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms.

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, and per device. Multiple accounts created to claim the same bonus will be treated as duplicate accounts under Section 3 of these Terms.
• Bonuses are issued in PKR and credited to your bonus balance. They are subject to wagering requirements before any portion can be withdrawn as real money.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, depending on the specific offer) must be staked before withdrawal eligibility is met. The specific multiplier is stated in each offer's individual terms.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. The contribution percentages of different game types are specified in the relevant bonus terms.
• wi786 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. This does not affect bonuses already credited and already subject to an active wagering requirement.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted to cash outside of the standard withdrawal process following wagering requirement completion.
• Attempting to exploit or abuse any bonus or promotion — including through coordinated play, hedging strategies, or other forms of bonus manipulation — is a breach of these Terms and will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account action.

8 Responsible Gaming

wi786 takes its responsibility to players seriously. Gaming and sports betting are entertainment activities. They involve real financial risk and should only ever be undertaken with money that you can comfortably afford to lose. The platform provides tools to help you manage your gaming activity, and we encourage all players to use them.

• Deposit Limits: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through your account settings. Limits take effect immediately when set and can be reduced at any time. Increases to existing limits are subject to a cooling-off period before they come into effect.
• Session Time Reminders: You can configure reminders to alert you after a set period of continuous play. These are available in the account responsible gaming settings.
• Self-Exclusion: If you feel you need a break from gaming, you can apply a self-exclusion period through your account. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on wi786 and will result in account suspension, cancellation of winnings, and forfeiture of balances:

• Registering more than one account or using a false identity, false date of birth, or another person's details during registration or verification.
• Allowing another person to access your account or play on your behalf.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technical means to access or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, glitches, or display faults. Any such faults must be reported to support immediately and must not be used for personal gain.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage, or any other structured activity specifically designed to exploit bonuses, free bets, or promotional offers in a way that circumvents their intended purpose.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering or financial crime.
• Any conduct that disrupts the normal functioning of the platform or the experience of other players, including in live casino chat functions.

10 Suspension & Account Closure

wi786 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice if it has reason to believe that any of the following applies:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions has occurred.
• The account holder is under 18 years of age.
• The account was registered using false or misleading information.
• Suspicious, fraudulent, or irregular activity has been detected on the account.
• The account is being used in a way that may harm the platform, its other users, or any third party.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, deposits and withdrawals will be placed on hold until the investigation is complete. Where an account is permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus funds and winnings derived from prohibited conduct will be forfeited. Real money deposits that are unrelated to the breach will be considered for return at wi786's discretion following the completion of any investigation.

You may close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Pending bets will be settled and any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification.

11 Limitation of Liability

The wi786 platform is provided on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain continuous, uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee that the platform will always be available or free from technical errors, delays, or interruptions.

• wi786 is not liable for any loss of profit, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform, including losses resulting from technical failures, payment delays, or game interruptions.
• We are not responsible for losses resulting from decisions you make based on information displayed on the platform, including odds, statistics, or match data.
• Our liability in connection with any individual bet or game round is limited to the return calculated at the confirmed odds or pay table for that transaction.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12 Privacy & Data

Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with the wi786 Privacy Policy, which forms part of your agreement with the platform. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

wi786 collects personal data including your name, date of birth, contact details, payment information, and gaming activity records.
